Simple Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of raw cashews soak 2 to 8 hours whatever works in your schedule Drain and rinse well.
    (In a hurry boil for ten minutes. Put cashews in a small pot cover with water, boil for ten minutes until tender. Drain the water)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender like a Vita -Mix and blend till smooth
