Crunchy, White Chocolate, Peanut Butter Bars
These are crunchy, creamy, and just sweet enough. The best part is they are so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 package of white chocolate chips of choice. They usually come in an 11oz bag.
For vegan use Pasha but you will have to use a bag and a half. For sugar -free try Lily’s - 1 cup smooth peanut butter with no oil added, or sugar just pure peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups brown rice crispies. One degree is a great brand. Organic and very low sugar
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts optional for topping
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and immediately put into a mixing bowl
- Add peanut butter, and vanilla. Blend chips, vanilla and Peanut butter until well blended.
- Fold in Rice Krispie
- Put in a parchment lined loaf pan. Top with peanuts.
- Put it into the freezer for an hour or more.
- Cut into desired pieces and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator. Great at room temperature also. But store in the refrigerator or freezer.
