These are nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan, so also dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened sunflower butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8-1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Add the oats to a food processor fitted with the S blade and run for a few seconds to just make the oats a little smaller. NOT INTO FLOUR
  2. Now add the ground flaxseeds, sunflower butter, maple syrup, and hemp seeds.
  3. Run the processor until it forms a dough that can be made into balls. But leave in the processor.
  4. Add to the food processor, pumpkin seeds and mini chips. Pulse until they are incorporated. About 3 pulses should do.
  5. Roll into desired size balls. Store in the refrigerator
