These are nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan, so also dairy-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened sunflower butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
- 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/8-1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Add the oats to a food processor fitted with the S blade and run for a few seconds to just make the oats a little smaller. NOT INTO FLOUR
- Now add the ground flaxseeds, sunflower butter, maple syrup, and hemp seeds.
- Run the processor until it forms a dough that can be made into balls. But leave in the processor.
- Add to the food processor, pumpkin seeds and mini chips. Pulse until they are incorporated. About 3 pulses should do.
- Roll into desired size balls. Store in the refrigerator
