This is so decadent and great on taco’s, bowls or just about anything. Of course, its dairy free

Ingredients

  • ½ med to large avocado, pitted and meat scraped out
  • ½ cup Hempseeds
  • ¾ cup of water, start with a ¼ and work up to the consistency you like. You might even end up adding a cup
  • Juice of one lime, if it’s not a juicy lime add more
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon or more salt. Not table salt. Himalayan or sea salt
  • ¼ chopped jalapeno (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend in a blender all together until smooth. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. Will last a week
