This is a vegan WFPB sauce that is wonderful on so many things. I love to put it on air fried tofu, add it to a bowl with your choice of grain, greens, beans, cabbage, some steamed broccoli, sprouts and of course then pour some of my Hemp Seed Ranch over it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds that have been soaked for 8 hours, drained and rinsed. Quick method, boil 10-15 minutes, drain the water
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 3-5 tablespoons of Franks Hot Sauce (no sugar in this brand)
  • 1 Tablespoon date syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon gluten-free tamari Low sodium
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika
  •  2-4 Tablespoons of water to thin. Start with 2 then add accordingly

Directions

  1. Put everything in a Nutribullet and blend until smooth
