Of course there is no dairy. This sauce is easy, delicious and I love to put it on so many things. One of my favorites is to make a bowl with air fried tofu, whatever grain such as millet or quinoa with steamed veggies of choice, shredded carrots, cabbage, sprouts and whatever you want. Then put the buffalo sauce on and my Hemp Seed Ranch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 3-5 tablespoons of Sriracha I find this one works best for taste and texture
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon +1 teaspoon Tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon +1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • Water to thin 2 or more tablespoons
