Vegan Dairy-Free and so easy and quick

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe frozen bananas. Cut up the ripe bananas and put in a zip-lock bag in the freezer so they are ready to go when you need them.
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender such as a Vita Mix and blend until smooth and the consistency of ice cream

*Note… This can be made in a food processor, but let your bananas thaw out a bit first.
